Travel Blue Indonesia app accounts are created by PT Travel Blue Indonesia for its employees. You can ask for your account and personal data to be deleted at any time, including after you leave the company.
How to request deletion
- Email privacy@travel-blue.co.id with the subject "Data deletion request for the Travel Blue Indonesia app". Send it from the work email registered in the app, or from a personal email if you no longer work for the company.
- Include your full name and account email.
- We verify your identity and confirm receipt within 3 x 24 hours.
- We deactivate the account and delete the data within 30 days of verification, then confirm by email.
Data we delete
- Your sign-in account and access tokens
- Uniform verification photos
- Check-in, check-out and audit location history
- Your in-app profile data
Data we keep
- Attendance, leave and payroll-related records, for as long as employment and tax law require (for example up to 10 years for tax documents). After that period the data is deleted.
- Stock count results and product photos, as company inventory records.
Without deleting your account
Signing out through Profile, then Sign Out, removes the sign-in session and offline queue from your device. You can also ask us to correct inaccurate data at the same email address.
Website
travel-blue.co.id does not store user accounts. If you emailed us and want that email deleted, send a request to the same address. Full details are in the Privacy Policy.
